Some students from class 8.B decided to connect with people around the world through an interesting project called Postcrossing. This international website allows participants to send and receive postcards from different countries and learn about other cultures through traditional mail.
Our students have already sent postcards to Germany and Japan. In return, we have received postcards from two places in the United States – North Dakota and Pittsburgh (see pictures).
It is exciting for the students to see how traditional postcards can connect people from different parts of the world. Hopefully, more students will join the project and try communicating through this traditional form of written communication.
